What you should bring
- Good physical fitness (e.g. working in varying environments such as unheated and draughty warehouses, air-conditioned offices, cold storage areas or outdoors)
- Organisational skills and attention to detail (e.g. scheduling loading and unloading times, allocating storage locations, preparing orders accurately for dispatch)
- A careful and responsible approach (e.g. when operating conveyor systems or lifting equipment, and when handling hazardous materials)
- Basic mathematical skills (e.g. calculating and analysing warehouse key figures)
- Good German language skills (e.g. completing freight, shipping and warehouse documentation)
- English and additional languages are an advantage (e.g. when dealing with international suppliers)

Our partners
Apprenticeship
With us, you can complete a dual vocational apprenticeship as an E-Commerce Specialist and take your first steps into your career. You will be given responsibility early on and have the opportunity to continuously develop your skills. Our apprentices attend vocational training at Berufliche Schule Landwehr in Hamburg (BS32) on a part-time basis (2 days at school, 3 days working per week) and receive fair pay.
Dual study programme
Looking to start your career with a combination of theory and practical experience? In our dual study programme, we support our students all the way through to graduation. As a dual student, you will receive a salary and we will cover your tuition fees. During the practical phases, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in the workplace.
