Freight forwarding
Freight deliveries are palletised. Euro exchange pallets must be exchanged upon delivery. Non-exchanged pallets: €25 net per item. We offer freight deliveries abroad from 200 kg. Please contact us for a freight quote.
Collection
Collection is available from a goods value of €100. Collection is possible one day after payment has been received. Our collection times: Mon–Fri, 10–16 hrs.
Delivery Times
Where items have different delivery times, they will be shipped together unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time.
Payment Terms
The payment methods available during the ordering process depend on your delivery country and will be automatically displayed at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in Euro (EUR). We do not charge additional fees for any of the payment methods offered.
Prepayment
If you choose to pay by prepayment, you will receive our bank details by email after completing your order. The invoice amount must be transferred within 7 days, quoting the order number. We will ship your goods once payment has been received.
Invoice
Purchase on invoice is available to business customers (B2B), provided our internal credit check and payment history assessment allow it. The invoice amount must be paid in full within 7 days by bank transfer.
