Palm Oil-Free Glycerine Melt and Pour Soap Base – Clear
This glycerine soap is made from rapeseed stearin and coconut oil to create a nourishing, transparent soap base. It is therefore an excellent, palm oil-free alternative to Melt and Pour Soap Base Clear. It is suitable for the production of moisturising, transparent soap bars. It is ideal for adding bright colours due to its strong stability. Instructions
1. To make smaller bars of soap, the raw soap can be processed in small portions. Simply remove from the packaging and cut out pieces vertically and melt down as required.
2. The soap base can be melted in smaller pieces in a water bath at approx. 75°C or directly in our 1kg packaging in the microwave for approx.2 minutes. As soon as the soap has completely melted, additives such as colours, fragrances, glitter, flowers etc. can be added and mixed in slowly and thoroughly. A total of up to 3% additives, including a maximum of 1% fragrance, can be added to the soap base.
3. The finished soap can either set directly in our 1 kg packaging or be poured into different sized soap moulds. When using soap moulds pour the liquid soap slowly and spray the mould with rubbing alcohol to prevent bubbles from forming on the surface. Allow the soap to cool and harden completely before removing it from either mould. The soap bars will release more easily if they are left in a cool place for 24 hours. Once the soap has hardened completely, you can pack it as required.
