Freight forwarding
Forwarding deliveries are made on pallets. Euro exchange pallets must be exchanged on delivery. Non-exchanged pallets: 25 € net per piece. We offer forwarding deliveries abroad from 200 kg. Please contact us for a freight offer.
Collection
Minimum order value: 100 €. Collection is possible one day after receipt of payment. Our collection times: Mon - Fri: 10 am - 4 pm.
Delivery times
Items with different delivery times will be dispatched together unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time depends on the item with the longest delivery time.
Terms of payment
We offer the following payment options:
- Prepayment by bank transfer
- Payment via PayPal (credit card, direct debit)
- Payment against invoice after prior credit check
Payment against invoice is usually possible after two completed orders with payment in advance. Contact us to be activated for payment on account.
The invoice amount must be settled by bank transfer within 7 days.
If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the contract is concluded.
