As Managing Director, I am happy to address you, our customers and suppliers in this difficult situation for all of us:
We are all overwhelmed by the speed with which the corona virus is spreading in China, Europe and the USA as well as in virtually every country on earth. My sympathy and respect goes out to all those who are currently in the front line in the fight against the too rapid spread of the virus or who are protecting risk groups. I wish you God's blessing from my heart!
Due to the Corona pandemic in Europe, many things have currently faded into the background. Nevertheless we would like to answer the following questions:
Is DistrEbution GmbH able to deliver in this situation?
What delivery time do we have to expect?
Are some products sold out?
In general we can assure you that we can deliver even in this situation and orders will be loaded in time. We work partly from our home office, but we can process incoming orders in time. However, you have to be prepared for much longer delivery times for truck transports - especially to other European countries. Therefore, please plan your orders in time.
We use DHL for shipments of small quantities. These are still picked up daily and often delivered within the regular delivery time. Here too, a longer delivery time can be assumed for deliveries to other European countries.
Also we deliver some products e.g. to the cleaning agent industry. Here we see a clearly higher demand. For some articles it can therefore come to a longer delivery time. We will keep you informed in individual cases. During this time, the issue of alternative suppliers or second suppliers for important raw materials is also immensely important. We will be happy to assist you individually with our expertise and market knowledge of the flow of goods and producers in the event of shortages of other raw materials and to find the best solution for you.
