Candle Mould – Sphere: Plastic mould for classic spherical candles
With the “Sphere” candle mould made from durable polycarbonate, you can create elegant, evenly shaped spherical candles with a smooth surface. The mould is ideal for producing precise, symmetrical round candles.
The mould measures 8.8 × 8.8 × 11.0 cm and consists of two precisely fitting halves that are assembled before pouring. The finished sphere candle measures approximately 8 × 8 × 8 cm and has a harmonious, rounded shape with a clean surface.
The liquid wax is poured into the closed mould from the top. This creates a flat area at the upper side, which later serves as a stable base. As a result, the spherical candle does not roll away but stands securely and evenly – ideal for table decorations, modern home accessories or stylish gift ideas.
The polycarbonate used is heat-resistant, transparent and dimensionally stable. It allows you to create particularly smooth, evenly shaped candles with clear contours. Compared to silicone moulds, the material is less flexible and requires a little more care when demoulding – but the result is a highly precise, symmetrical sphere.
Perfect for Classic & Modern Sphere Candles
The sphere candle mould is excellent for bold colours and strong colour accents. With high-quality candle colours, you can also create timeless candles in white, cream or natural shades. Combined with suitable wicks and waxes for free-standing candles, you can produce high-quality DIY candles with a professional finish.
Why You’ll Love the Sphere Candle Mould
- Symmetrical sphere candles: Precise, evenly rounded shape.
- Two-part mould: Accurate assembly for clean results and easy demoulding.
- Stable base: Candle stands securely and burns safely.
- Robust polycarbonate: Heat-resistant, durable and reusable.
How to Use – Make Your Sphere Candle
- Fit the two mould halves together accurately and secure them.
- Thread the wick centrally through the mould and fix it at the top.
- Seal the wick hole before pouring to prevent liquid wax from leaking out (e.g. using our practical adhesive wax pellets).
- Slowly heat the desired wax in a water bath.
- Carefully pour the liquid wax in from the top.
- Allow the candle to fully harden, gently separate the mould halves and demould the candle.
