Fiberglass Wick GFD 9
This glass wick is also called a permanent wick because it does not burn down and is reusable. The wick is designed for use in melting fires or candle eaters and produces a large, wind-resistant flame. GFD consists of a 9 cm long braid of glass fibres and a round, 1 cm high nut as a foot. The foot gives the wick a stable stand in the liquid wax. Thanks to its properties, the wick can be used with candle wax and candle remnants. The wicks are made in Germany.
Application
Place the candle wick in the flame bowl. To prevent the wick from slipping during production, you can fix it to the bottom of the bowl with adhesive wax plates or a hot glue gun. Then pour the wax into the mould or fill it with wax granules - ready is the wax burner. If necessary, the flame bowl can be refilled with new wax.

Futher Information
GFD 9 is intended for outdoor use only and should not be used indoors. The wick is only suitable for use in flame bowls or similar fireproof containers. To optimise the flame size, the wick should not protrude more than 2 - 3 cm from the liquid wax when burning. If necessary, add more wax to make the flame smaller. To extinguish the flame, place a metal container with a handle over the flame and smother it. Never extinguish with water.
