Citric acid is a naturally occurring organic acid that plays an important role in nature. Our high-quality citric acid monohydrate from European production is available as a white fine granulate and is characterised by its high purity and a stable crystal water content of 8.10 – 8.70%.

The product is odourless, has a characteristically strong sour taste and is of purely plant-based origin. The citric acid is produced through natural fermentation and contains no artificial additives.
