A start-up with 100 years of experience: drawing on the past to imagine and put into practice what we want to be in future. Green Oleo is one of the largest oleochemical manufacturers in Europe. We are one of the market leaders in green chemicals made from renewable sources, such as acid oils (predominantly from olive oil) and animal fats. Our raw materials are mainly derived from processing byproducts of the food industry which can no longer be repurposed for human or animal consumption. As we source our raw materials from the local area, we have been able to establish an exceptionally short supply chain that is highly sustainable. In short, an approach to sustainable development geared towards promoting a truly circular economy.
