The candle dye is suitable for various techniques such as pouring, dipping, and dip dyeing. Furthermore, they impress with good burning behaviour and high colour stability. The product complies with RAL requirements for candle dyes. It is manufactured in Germany. Kaiserlacke is a renowned manufacturer and a member of the Gütegemeinschaft Kerzen e.V. Usage

The candle dye is suitable for all common candle waxes and wax blends. First, the candle wax should be heated until it is liquid. The optimal incorporation temperature for the pellets is between 80 °C and 85 °C.

The recommended amount of dye is 0.1% to 0.2%. For black, it is 0.1% to 0.4%. Higher concentrations can be used for more intense colouring, but no more than 1% should be added. After adding the dye pellets, the wax should be stirred well until the colours have dissolved and the colour is evenly distributed.

Notes
