Rapeseed Wax Tudastar 2273
The candle wax mixture Tudastar 2273 is natural beige and has a dripping point of approx. 55 °C. The wax is mainly extracted from the rapeseed plant. For this purpose, the oil is pressed out of the rapeseed and then hardened. Rapeseed is considered a domestic renewable raw material and is biodegradable. In the overall process, rapeseed has a good ecological balance. This is due to the fact that this raw material has short distances and extraction can be carried out on existing cultivated land. Tudastar 2273 contains additives of paraffin and additives (max 30 %), which ensure a clean and even burn. Tudastar 2273 is designed for the production of candles in containers. The wax can be mixed with candle colours and candle fragrances. Due to the beige base colour of Tudastar 2273, candle colours are slightly less intense, but the candles get a porcelain-like appearance.

The portfolio is expanded with our technical qualities from our H&R Ölwerke Schindler, Hamburg refinery.
The various paraffin qualities are implemented in many sectors of the industry: candle industry, chipboard industry, chemical industry, ceresin industry, packaging industry, textiles industry, medicine and pharmacy and many others.
