Soap Noodles – Plant-Based Raw Material for Industrial Soap Production

Soap noodles are produced by saponifying vegetable oils such as palm oil and palm kernel oil. The result is homogeneous, white, elongated pellets made of pure soap, free from colourants and perfume.

These ready-to-use soap noodles are the key raw material for industrial production of bar soaps. They allow flexible further processing: by adding fragrances, colour pigments or additional oils, individual soap formulations and branded products can be developed efficiently. Application
