Almond Oil

Almond oil is a vegetable oil extracted from the kernels of the sweet almond (Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis) and then gently refined. It is rich in unsaturated fatty acids and contains various vitamins and minerals. Almond oil is very mild and is often used in skincare products, as it makes the skin soft and supple, provides moisture, and has soothing properties. It is particularly suitable for sensitive skin, mature skin, babies, and pregnant women. In addition to skincare, almond oil is also used in haircare products or as a carrier oil (base oil) in combination with essential oils.

Refined almond oil offers several advantages compared to unrefined almond oil:

  • Longer shelf life: The refining process removes free fatty acids, resulting in improved oxidative stability.
