These are finely rolled into a smooth, supple mass and then filtered. The result is pure cocoa mass, free from additives and sugar. Our high-quality cocoa mass stands out for its velvety texture and rich, aromatic flavour. Cocoa Liquor – Versatile in Use

Our cocoa liquor is certified halal and kosher. Since it contains no milk or other animal-derived ingredients, it is vegan, lactose-free, and an ideal base for anyone looking to create chocolate without animal products.
