Soy wax cosmetic grade 

Soy wax soft, cosmetic is a very soft, butter-like vegetable wax and is obtained from non-GMO soybeans.
It forms a semi-occlusive layer on the skin and is suitable as a base for a wide variety of care products. In formulations, the wax often imparts a silky skin feel.
Soy wax soft, cosmetic can be used, among other things, in stick preparations or as an emollient wax in formulations.
It is also used to balance the hardness of other waxes and liquid oils. Soy wax develops little to no greasy bloom, unlike other low-melting waxes such as shea butter. Soy wax, soft, cosmetic gives emulsions a very fine and soft texture. It has a positive skin conditioning and moisturising effect.
This soy wax may be used in food and is compatible with most cosmetic oils and waxes. Unopened packages of 25 kg are food grade.
Soy wax is a renewable raw material that is produced ecologically and vegan and is 100% biodegradable.

Application:

Due to its softness and low melting point, soy wax soft is cosmetically a perfect base for various cosmetics or also for soft massage candles. It is also suitable as an ingredient for sun cream, make-up sticks and much more. For candles, we recommend harder soy waxes such as NatureWax® C-3, NatureWax® C-1  or other rape or soy-based candle waxes.

Drip point:     approx. 37-44 °C
Colour:          Whitish to beige
Form:             Blocks of 25 kg, crushed buttery pieces for smaller units.

Melting range: Below 40 °C, 40 - 50 °C
