Our beta-carotene is a cold-water soluble food supplement and food preparation powder with a β-carotene concentration of 1%. Beta-carotene (provitamin A) is a precursor of vitamin A that the body converts into active vitamin A as required. 1% beta-carotene is a proven and sufficiently concentrated form, as the body uses it selectively and only small amounts are needed to meet nutritional requirements.

Vitamin A contributes to normal iron metabolism, the maintenance of normal mucous membranes and skin, the maintenance of normal vision, normal immune system function and plays a role in the process of cell differentiation, while vitamin C contributes to the regeneration of the reduced form of vitamin E, protection of cells from oxidative stress, normal collagen formation for skin, teeth, bones and blood vessels, normal nervous system function, normal energy metabolism, increased iron absorption and reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Application

• Food supplement: The powder is stirred directly into cold water. Use should be in accordance with the recommended intake amount.
• Food colouring: The powder is used for colouring foods such as baked goods, confectionery, jellies, dairy products and fast food products.

Recommended intake

Once daily, dissolve 5 level scoops from the small measuring spoon side (500 mg) in water and consume.
